Johne Dobbs has been involved in the horse business for over 35 years beginning as a youth exhibitor and continuing to breed horses today. All of her adult life, she has been active in many facets of the equine business from showing, standing stallions, training, teaching lessons, and breeding for champions as well as owning race horses. Johne adds her knowledge to local and statewide organizations. She is a National Director for the American Quarter Horse Association and served as the 2013 President of the organization being the second woman to hold that office. She is committed to the American Quarter Horse Foundation having served on the Equine Research Committee which grants funds for important research projects that help all breeds. The equine world has provided an amazing experience for Johne and her family. Her involvement in the horse world has greatly enhanced the knowledge it takes to conduct the equine insurance business she started in 1992.

Courtney Dobbs Clagg grew up in the horse world and started showing at age seven. She graduated to showing on a national level earning World Championships in youth classes as well as amateur. As a young mother today she is actively involved on the local horse scene where she and her family reside in North Carolina.
